Pest control;

$25 for residential customers, all pest control service is by appointment, and for the customers that choose to have me on a monthly basis, I always call the night before to remind of the next day's appointment.  Service consists of broadcast application of cynoff wp insecticide at .2%, both inside and outside of the house, upon baseboards and foundations where safe and necessary.  Ants inside are treated by crack and crevice method, where safe and non-contaminating.  Mice are treated with peanut butter scented non-poisonous sticky board traps.  I do not do pigeon work.

Apartment rentals;

$695 per month with $200 refundable deposit for two bedroom, two bath apartment, 880 square feet.  All appliances are new, including new digitally controlled central airconditioning, and new 50 gallon water heater.  Mirrored wardrobe doors in both bedrooms.  The address is 1290 E. Fraya Drive, Las Vegas, 89119, located at the corner of Maryland Parkway and Russell Road.
